What we are building
MyLaura connects brands with creators and their videos with results. We cover the journey from briefs and quality reviews with Laura, our AI assistant, through using videos in Meta Ads to sales attribution and creator payouts. Dubbing helps content reach international markets.
Open roles
0301AI & Engineering
Help turn Laura from a useful answer into a dependable part of the product. You will connect language models, data and product interfaces so brands and creators receive clear feedback they can trust and act on in their everyday work.
What you will do
- Design and ship AI workflows for video assessment, checking alignment with campaign briefs and giving creators feedback that helps them improve their work.
- Build evaluation datasets and automated evaluations; track accuracy, failure patterns, latency and cost before release and throughout production use.
- Connect models and external services to backend systems in TypeScript, Node.js and Python, including output validation, retries and safe fallback behaviour.
- Collaborate on dubbing and content localisation, investigate real user problems and turn experiments into measurable improvements to the product.
What we are looking for
- You can take software from prototype to production and explain your choices around API design, data handling and monitoring.
- You have practical experience with LLM integrations, structured outputs and evaluations, and understand the difference between an impressive demo and repeatable quality.
- You handle user data responsibly and can explain model uncertainty and technical tradeoffs to people outside engineering when making product decisions.
What to send us
Send a GitHub profile, a project or a short description of an AI system. Explain your contribution, how you evaluated quality and a failure you learned from.
02Marketing & Growth
Own how MyLaura reaches the right brands, agencies and creators and turns their interest into lasting product use. We are looking for someone who can connect clear positioning with disciplined experiments and measurable commercial outcomes across the customer journey.
What you will do
- Refine customer segments, positioning and messaging using customer conversations, product data and the needs of brands, agencies and creators.
- Build and assess acquisition channels across content, partnerships and paid campaigns, looking at the quality of demand as well as customer acquisition cost.
- Lead experiments across the full funnel, from first contact through a first campaign and creator activation to repeat usage, retention and revenue.
- Connect marketing, sales and product through shared metrics, reliable attribution and regular decisions about priorities based on results and customer learning.
What we are looking for
- You can show growth you owned, with the starting point, budget, results and the specific decisions you were responsible for.
- You understand acquisition economics, conversion and retention, and can distinguish registrations from active customers who bring lasting value to the product.
- You can develop a strategy and personally run an experiment, write persuasive copy and work effectively with design, engineering and sales.
What to send us
Send a growth project with numbers and context. Describe your role, what worked, what failed and the first experiment you would test for MyLaura.
03Product & Design
Design an experience where brands understand their campaigns and creators know what to do next. You will work across the creator mobile experience and the brand web application, from early research to the details of a finished, implemented interface.
What you will do
- Talk to brands and creators, observe their workflows and turn research findings into clear problems for the product to solve.
- Design and test journeys from campaign briefs through video submissions and Laura’s feedback to performance reporting, sales attribution and creator payouts.
- Create information architecture, prototypes and final interfaces in Figma, accounting for loading, error and empty states as well as accessibility.
- Develop a consistent design system and partner with engineering on implementation, visual quality checks and measuring the impact of changes after launch.
What we are looking for
- Your portfolio shows product thinking: how you researched a problem, which options you considered and what changed for the people using the product.
- You can simplify complex workflows, design for mobile and web, and explain tradeoffs between user needs and technical constraints to your collaborators.
- You have a strong eye for typography, hierarchy and interaction, and consider trust, understandable feedback and ways to correct mistakes when designing AI features.
What to send us
Send your portfolio and one case study explaining your contribution. We would also like to see a prototype, usability findings and a decision you changed after feedback.
We will discuss compensation and the form of collaboration individually, based on the role, experience and mutual expectations.
